Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
At ITELSYSTEMS S.A.C. we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS. This page explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.
This is a translation for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this policy prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Legal name: ITELSYSTEMS S.A.C.
Tax ID (RUC): 20616088328
Address: Alameda Monte Umbroso 225, Santiago de Surco, Lima, Peru.
Email for personal data matters: [email protected]
Phone and WhatsApp: +51 994 050 505
2. Who this policy applies to
It applies to data we handle from: (a) people who contact us through our website, WhatsApp or social media; (b) clients and users of our services; and (c) data we process on behalf of our clients when we provide them with AI agent services.
In that last case we act as data processors: the client is the controller and decides what the data is used for; we process it only under their instructions and what the contract establishes.
3. What data we collect
When you talk to Iris, our virtual assistant: the content of the messages you write, the date and time, and a random identifier stored in your browser for one year so you can pick up the conversation if you come back. That identifier does not carry your name: it is a code with no meaning outside our system.
If you book a demo: the time slot you choose and, if you decide to give them to us, your name, email address and phone number. The booking works without them.
If you write to us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the content of the conversation.
If you become a client: the contact and billing details needed to provide and invoice the service.
Browsing data: what we describe in the cookies section. If you do not accept measurement cookies, we collect nothing beyond what is strictly needed for the site to work.
4. Conversations with artificial intelligence
Iris is an artificial intelligence agent. What you write in the chat is processed using external providers' models so it can reply to you, and the conversation is stored on our servers to keep the thread and improve the service.
For that reason, please do not share sensitive data through the chat (health, beliefs, full financial details) or passwords. If you need to discuss something like that, tell us and we will use an appropriate channel.
5. What we use your data for
To answer your enquiries and contact you; to schedule and run product demos, including creating the video call; to send you commercial information about our services when you consent to it; to provide, invoice and support our services; to understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not use your data for purposes different from or incompatible with these without telling you and, where applicable, asking for your consent.
6. The legal basis for processing
Your free, prior, informed, express and unambiguous consent: you give it when you write to us through the chat or WhatsApp so we can assist you, and when you press “Accept all” in the cookie notice for measurement and advertising cookies.
We also process data when it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation, in the cases allowed by Law No. 29733.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as the purpose it was collected for lasts and then for any applicable legal periods (tax or contractual, for example). Once those periods are over, we delete or anonymise it securely.
8. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. To operate we use technology providers that may process it on our behalf, under confidentiality and security obligations:
Google (site measurement and advertising; calendar and video calls for demos), Meta (WhatsApp and advertising measurement), Microsoft (Clarity, the tool that analyses how the site is browsed), LinkedIn (campaigns and contact forms), artificial intelligence model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and ElevenLabs (so the assistant can understand and reply), Cloudflare (content delivery and security network that site visits pass through) and Hostinger (servers hosting the website and the database).
9. Transfers outside Peru
Several of those providers are located outside Peru, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Your information may therefore be subject to cross-border data flows, which we carry out with the appropriate safeguards under Law No. 29733 and its Regulation.
10. Where it is stored
Data is stored in personal data banks owned by ITELSYSTEMS S.A.C. and in the systems of the providers listed above. The supervisory authority in Peru is the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPD), part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
11. How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical, organisational and legal measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse: access control, encryption of traffic between your browser and our servers, regular backups, and confidentiality agreements with our staff and providers.
12. Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, cancel (delete) it and object to its processing, as well as to withdraw consent where you gave it.
To exercise them, write to [email protected] stating your name, which right you wish to exercise, and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will handle your request within the deadlines set by Law No. 29733 and its Regulation.
If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPD).
13. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser to remember something. This site uses two groups, and only the second depends on your permission.
Necessary: always installed, because without them the site cannot do what you ask of it. These are:
